The Vision

The Phantom Village of Cantley is a by-product of the community spirit and it's driven by active benevolent people, with the common goal of putting on a Halloween bash that is safe, affordable and fun for all.

Over 9 000 adults and children, from all over Western Québec and Eastern Ontario, invade each year Cantley’s Phantom Village. A warm welcome is extended to families, adults, teens, children of all ages, businesses and associations, do-it-yourselfers and carpenters, artists and crazy people!
